The Hunter and Coastal Scout Region covers from the Hawkesbury River, north to Harrington and west to Merriwa including 74 Groups divided into 8 Districts providing fun and leadership training for youth aged 6 to 18 years.

Girl and boy members participate as Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers and young adults are Rovers.

Scouts NSW engage and inspire young Australians to develop confidence, resilience and leadership. Our trained leaders and assistants volunteer their time, constructing programs to challenge and encourage the girls and boys in Scouting to develop physical, intellectual, social and spiritual life skills to be our future leaders while having fun at the same time.
